Company´s philosophy:
Since the foundation of our company in 1922, it has been our intention
to be one of the leading enterprises in the field of spring technology.
In order to be able to exist in the long run, we have to produce
sustainable worths, make profit and continually improve. As a family-run company ethics and responsibility are fundamentals of our acting.
These fundamentals are valid for the contacts with customers, employees, suppliers and all other partners as well as the environment and the resources.
Our customers we put in the focus of our acting. The satisfaction of our customers is the aim of all our activities. As reliable partners we wish to satisfy and hold our customers on a long-term basis through innovative products and services of high technical standard. Aiming at this goal, we make use of production facilities and processes corresponding to the latest technological development. The equipment and methods are continually being improved in order to increase our productivity and quality level. By means of a preventive maintenance, we ensure the function and availability of the whole production equipment.
Our suppliers give an important contribution to the production of
efficient end products. The suppliers of base material, auxiliary and
working material are therefore carefully selected, the quality of their
products constantly being supervised. We entertain long-term
partnership relations with our efficient suppliers.
Our employees are highly engaged using their capabilities for the
satisfaction of customers and enterprises. We are responsible for them
to a special degree and, by means of instructions, technical training
and other qualifying measures, see to it that the staff members are
motivated and apt for their corresponding tasks. The prevention of
accidents and improvement of the working conditions are as well matters
of importance to us.
It is essential for us to protect our environment. We therefore utilize our resources very carefully and promote the use of ecologically beneficial substances in the production process. The disposal of waste materials is also carried out in a way that the environmental load is as small as possible.
